Essential Property Services provides a "Specialist Maintenance Contractors Statement Monitoring Service" which monitors your maintenance contractor's prescribed fire safety installations and special fire services contractual compliance through our unique software under BFSR. This statement monitoring service requires maintenance contractors to provide a statement certifying that their prescribed fire safety installations inspections, testing and maintenance has been performed to the client's fire safety installations contracts. The statement monitoring service is based on Queensland's prescribed fire safety installations regulation, the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 (BFSR), Section I Maintenance Building Code of Australia, MP6.1 and ensures your statutory obligations are met when signing the Annual Occupier's Statement.
