Prescribed Fire Safety Installation and Special Fire Services Identification: BFSR
Essential Property Services staff are well versed in the identification of prescribed fire safety installations and special fire services for all types of buildings under Section I Maintenance Building Code of Australia previous and current regulations in Queensland. The Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 (BFSR) makes it mandatory for building owners to establish the prescribed fire safety installations and special fire services installed in their building and maintained under Queensland Development Code - Mandatory Part 6.1 - Maintenance of fire safety installations (MP6.1).
